About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join Ultametallic, Hardox Wear Parts Center. The successful candidate will drive sales of Hardox wear parts and fabricated solutions (liners, chutes, buckets, plates) for mining, cement, and construction industries. This is a technical sales role requiring frequent customer visits to assess equipment, take accurate measurements, and collaborate with Design Engineers to develop customer-specific solutions and cost calculations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hardox wear parts and fabricated steel solutions.
• Conduct frequent site visits to assess wear conditions and take measurements for fitting.
• Work closely with Design Engineers to design custom parts and calculate project costs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close profitable deals.
• Provide technical advice to customers to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while monitoring competitors and market trends.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
