Overview
Responsible for conducting on-site client visits to understand their technical needs, and for designing and presenting comprehensive smart home solutions (including lighting, HVAC, curtains, security, and audio systems) in a professional manner. The role includes following up with clients from the proposal stage through to contract signing, in coordination with the technical team and management. Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to clients (e.g., villas under construction) to assess and analyze technical requirements. Prepare and deliver professional technical and commercial proposals tailored to each project. Design customized smart home solutions based on client needs and project specifications. Coordinate with the technical team to finalize proposals and validate pricing. Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle until contract signing. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 0 to 1 year of experience in a technical or engineering-related role (smart home experience is a plus). Good understanding of smart home systems and technologies (e.g., KNX, Thinknx Visualization, and others). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Seniority level
