Job descriptionElectrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS. Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Work closely with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
