Job Summary :

The Sales Manager leads the sales team to achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This role involves managing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, coaching the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and market expansion

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Lead and support the sales team for optimal performance

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

Monitor sales performance and generate reports

Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams

Negotiate and close business deals

Identify new market opportunities to grow business

Train and coach sales team members

Ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards

Requirements

• Qualification : Preferably BS degree in business or similar field
• Language  Arabic / English
• experience : 5-7 years
