The Job Description Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market share in the e-learning sector. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Identify new market opportunities in education, corporate training, and government sectors to expand the company’s client base. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including educational institutions, corporate leaders, and government officials. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop actionable plans to capture market opportunities. Stay updated on e-learning technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and industry advancements to effectively communicate product benefits. Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track team performance using CRM tools. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage. 5-8+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or SaaS industries. Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in consultative selling and key account management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
