Procurement Coordinator

Overview

Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement activities of the organization. Ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards. Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor inventory levels, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the procurement process.
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure they meet the organization's quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organization.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, specifications, and budget requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, such as purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
• Evaluate and assess supplier performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to procurement activities.
