Main Responsibilities Lead Brand Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the breast cancer oncology portfolio, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Drive Product Launches : Manage end-to-end launch activities for new indications and products, ensuring successful market entry through cross-functional collaboration.
Execute Marketing Campaigns : Design and deliver omnichannel campaigns and educational initiatives targeting HCPs and key stakeholders.
Engage KOLs : Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology Key Opinion Leaders to enhance brand credibility and advocacy.
Manage Budgets & Performance : Oversee A&P budgets, monitor brand performance, and implement corrective actions to meet business goals.
Leverage Market Insights : Conduct market research and analyze clinical trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Education Education
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business-related field.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, within the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior involvement in new product launches is required.
Proven track record in commercial excellence and cross-functional execution.
Experience in oncology, particularly breast cancer, is highly desirable.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
