Job Purpose :

The Business Sales Manager (BSM) acts as the primary conduit between the corporate merchant team and the customer, ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with the company vision while effectively driving sales. The BSM owns their brand / categories of business and is responsible for product solutions, training, and scalable business growth across all sub-GTM regions through managing, mentoring, and developing a cross-functional sales team. They are expected to lead, problem-solve, and think proactively. Job Responsibilities : Vendor Relationship Management :

Maintaining cordial relationships with vendors, aligning objectives and strategies, providing business intelligence, negotiating win-win deals, and implementing returns processes to safeguard interests. Customer Relations Management :

Engaging with customers regularly, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and addressing issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Inventory Management :

Planning inventory and sales, maintaining optimal stock levels, making decisions to move slow-moving inventory at appropriate times, and optimizing inventory and accounts receivable. Product Mix Management :

Maintaining a balanced product portfolio to optimize margins and meet demand. Stakeholder Management :

Managing stakeholders, complying with various requirements, and safeguarding organizational and customer interests. Compliance :

Ensuring adherence to statutory and vendor requirements. Channel Expansion :

Increasing channel breadth and activating existing customers who have not been billed. Data Management and Analysis :

Maintaining sales records, analyzing data, presenting findings to senior management, and planning accordingly. Competitor Intelligence :

Gathering information on competitors to inform strategic planning. OEM Engagement :

Collaborating with OEMs on pricing supports, marketing activities, and claims. Receivables Management :

Following up on product sales receivables to prevent overdue invoices. Marketing Activities :

Planning and executing marketing initiatives to facilitate sales. Record Keeping :

Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, receivables, and credit limits. Qualifications :

University degree or relevant professional / educational training; minimum 5 years of experience; fluency in English and Arabic; excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills; proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently and in teams with strong organizational skills.
