About The Role

Spa Therapist is responsible for providing spa treatments to guests of the Spa, ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation and describing our Spa Treatment Menu. Other responsibilities include making recommendations to our guests for treatments and home care products, ensuring treatment rooms are well-stocked and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after treatments.

Situated at such a prestigious address, our property offers unparalleled proximity to key business areas, shopping centres, and cultural sites, 276 spacious and light-filled rooms, including 39 luxurious suites.

The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues, collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests.

Event Facilities

Our event facilities, with a mix of Ballroom and Meeting Rooms offer a remarkable 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of space, making them the perfect choice for a wide range of events.

SPA and Wellness

Nestled within our establishment, our world-class spa offers an array of indulgence across 7 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room designed exclusively for female guests. This haven of rejuvenation also encompasses high-end facilities and a meticulously outfitted fitness center.

Knowledge and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and a variety of massage and bodywork techniques
• Warm, engaging personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and the highest standards of professionalism
• Strong physical stamina and coordination
• Guest-focused with an intuitive approach to service excellence
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and potential for growth
• Formal education in massage therapy, physiotherapy, or holistic treatments
