Full Time Salon Manager for a High Street Salon in Saudi Arabia.

Essential Qualifications : Degree

Minimum experience required : over 5 years

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day salon operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and schedule appointments.
• Facility management and health and safety regulations compliance.
• Hire, train, and manage salon staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers.
• Manage salon supplies, products, and equipment inventory; deal with suppliers.
• Promote services and keep updated records of expenses and revenues; maintain adequate stock levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
