Job descriptionDiploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or spa treatments from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality setting. Knowledge of multiple spa modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, or hot stone massage. Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests. Professional grooming and presentation, reflecting a luxury hospitality environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations. Monthly salary typically ranges from SAR 4,500 to SAR 7,000, depending on experience and skill set. Service charges or tips from guests may provide additional earnings. Fully furnished accommodation or a housing allowance. Duty meals and transportation to and from the workplace. Red Sea Global is recruiting qualified Spa Therapists for its luxury resorts and wellness centers. Responsibilities include :
- Performing professional spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and aromatherapy according to brand standards.
- Assessing guests’ needs to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tranquil spa environment.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with spa reception duties when required, including scheduling appointments and product sales.
