Automation & Performance Tester Team Lead

Overview

Adree is seeking an experienced and proactive QA Team Lead / Test Automation Team Lead / Performance Test Team Lead to oversee our quality assurance efforts. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of QA engineers and testers in developing and executing high-quality testing strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing the efficiency of testing processes, improving automation practices, and ensuring optimal application performance before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement testing strategies, including manual, automated, and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and performance testing scripts.
• Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously assess and enhance testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present status reports, highlighting key metrics and quality milestones to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with trends in software quality assurance and automation technologies.
