Automation Tester - Riyadh - 6 Month Contract Job Title : Automation Tester

(Java / Selenium) Language : Must be Arabic Speaking Our client, a global technology consulting firm, is seeking a hands-on Automation Tester with strong Java programming skills and proven experience in building and executing automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can design scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure automation quality across multiple environments. This role requires on-site presence in Riyadh for 6 weeks and then remote work for the remainder of the project.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Java and Selenium.

Build and implement automation frameworks (TDD, BDD, or hybrid) to support continuous testing.

Manage configurations, handle file operations, and integrate automation with CI / CD pipelines.

Diagnose flaky tests and apply effective synchronization strategies.

Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to ensure environment-agnostic automation coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in Java coding (arrays, strings, logic building, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG / Cucumber.

Solid understanding of BDD / TDD principles and automation best practices.

Practical experience with parallel test execution and scalable automation frameworks.

Familiarity with configuration management and testing across varied environments.

Must be Arabic speaking.
