Lead Technical Recruitment Consultant for Core IT Roles all over UK, Europe and UAE - Both Contracting and Permanent LEAD AUTOMATION ENGINEER

ONSITE IN RIYADH, KSA

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years in a QA Lead or Manager role

Proven track record in leading remote QA teams and delivering across multiple concurrent projects

Hands-on automation testing using tools like

Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Detox, Selenium , etc.

Experience with

API testing

(REST, GraphQL) using tools like

Postman

Solid understanding of

mobile testing

on

iOS and Android , including use of device farms

Familiarity with

CI / CD pipelines

– GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Fastlane

Practical knowledge of

ITIL frameworks

for incident, change, and problem management

Strong understanding of

digital product development lifecycles

Proven ability in

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

and implementing preventative measures

Experience managing stakeholders, particularly in

Saudi or GCC client environments

Nice to Have

Exposure to

performance testing tools

like JMeter, k6, or Locust

Awareness of

security testing best practices

(OWASP Mobile)

Familiarity with

App Store / Google Play submission

processes

Experience with

accessibility testing

(WCAG standards)

Background in

game testing

or

QA for gamified experiences
