The Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in both manual and automated testing processes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design effective test cases.
  • Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Write and maintain automated tests to ensure software functionality and performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in testing.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging testing technologies to continuously enhance the testing process.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in Agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with performance and security testing.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
