• Participate in promotional activities, local events, and product launches to maximize brand exposure in the Jeddah market.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date sales records and customer information using company CRM and reporting tools.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights and share them with the team to continuously improve sales strategies.
• Quickly and professionally address customer concerns, ensuring any issues are resolved and the brand’s reputation is upheld.
• Follow all sales processes, safety standards, and ethical guidelines established by the company.
