Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential and existing customers in Jeddah to promote products and services and achieve assigned sales targets.

Deliver high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and through digital platforms to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Demonstrate product knowledge, answer questions, and provide tailored recommendations that suit individual client needs.

Participate in promotional activities, local events, and product launches to maximize brand exposure in the Jeddah market.

Maintain organized, up-to-date sales records and customer information using company CRM and reporting tools.

Gather customer feedback and market insights and share them with the team to continuously improve sales strategies.

Quickly and professionally address customer concerns, ensuring any issues are resolved and the brand’s reputation is upheld.

Follow all sales processes, safety standards, and ethical guidelines established by the company.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales, business, or marketing is considered an asset.

Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English for successful interactions with customers and colleagues.

Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to provide effective sales solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy sales team in a fast-paced setting.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and / or CRM applications; openness to learning new technologies.

Understanding of the Jeddah market and current local buying trends is a plus.
