Overview
يعتبر أخصائي المبيعات جزءًا أساسيًا من فريق المبيعات في قطاع الخدمات المالية. يتمثل دوره في تعزيز المبيعات من خلال تقديم حلول مالية مخصصة للعملاء، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين. يجب أن يكون أخصائي المبيعات قادرًا على فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم المشورة المناسبة لهم، مما يساهم في تحقيق أهداف الشركة وزيادة الإيرادات.
Responsibilities
- تحديد وتحليل احتياجات العملاء لتقديم الحلول المالية المناسبة.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء من خلال التواصل المستمر والمتابعة.
- إعداد وتقديم العروض التقديمية للعملاء المحتملين.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية المحددة من قبل الإدارة.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن أداء المبيعات والاتجاهات السوقية.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق لتطوير استراتيجيات فعالة لجذب العملاء.
- المشاركة في المعارض والفعاليات لتعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والاستشاري للعملاء بعد إتمام عملية البيع.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الجدد في استراتيجيات المبيعات.
- مراقبة المنافسة وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الأداء.
