Overview

مدير المبيعات الإقليمي هو دور حيوي في قطاع التجزئة والجملة، حيث يتولى مسؤولية تعزيز المبيعات وزيادة الحصة السوقية للمنتجات والخدمات. يتطلب هذا المنصب مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على تطوير استراتيجيات فعالة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. يتعاون مدير المبيعات الإقليمي مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المحددة، ويعمل على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والموزعين. المسؤوليات

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات الإقليمية لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة. إدارة وتوجيه فريق المبيعات لضمان الأداء الفعال. تحليل بيانات السوق والمنافسة لتحديد الفرص الجديدة. بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين والموزعين. تقديم تقارير دورية حول أداء المبيعات والاتجاهات السوقية. تنظيم وتنسيق الفعاليات الترويجية لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية. تدريب وتطوير أعضاء فريق المبيعات لتحسين مهاراتهم. التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل التسويق والعمليات لتحسين الأداء العام. تحديد وتقييم المخاطر المحتملة في السوق ووضع خطط للتخفيف منها. تقديم الدعم الفني والمشورة للعملاء لضمان رضاهم. المرشح المفضل

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع التجزئة. مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على تحفيز الفريق. قدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. روح المبادرة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط. فهم عميق لاحتياجات السوق والعملاء. قدرة على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء. مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية. التكيف مع التغيرات السريعة في بيئة العمل. التوجه نحو النتائج والقدرة على تحقيق الأهداف المحددة. Skills

مهارات التفاوض والإقناع. إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM). تحليل البيانات واستخدام أدوات التحليل. التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة المشاريع. معرفة قوية بمنتجات السوق واحتياجات العملاء. مهارات القيادة والتوجيه. إدارة الوقت والتنظيم. التواصل الفعال مع الفرق المختلفة.
