Selling financial products via phone, while assisting potential clients in identifying solutions that match their needs and budgets. Full time Requirements

Strong knowledge of financing products (mandatory) Skills
Eloquence in speech
Persuasion and negotiation abilities Availability

Not currently employed or ready for immediate onboarding Work Schedule

Shift-based work system

Two rotating weekly days off

Ability to handle work pressure Required Core Experience :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking sector as a telesales representative for personal finance products or an equivalent role Monthly incentives based on attendance and performance Category A medical insurance Company covers General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) contributions Grow with ITQAN
