Sales Representative - FeeSolution

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales and business development efforts for the Tuition Management System in Riyadh.
Identify and engage with decision-makers in private schools to showcase the value of our product.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, finance teams, and key stakeholders.
Present tailored product demos and explain technical features to prospective clients.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
Work closely with the product and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation and

satisfaction.

Gather market feedback and communicate insights to help improve the product.

Reporting to the Sales and Operations Manager.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the private school sector in Riyadh or the broader KSA market.

Experience in Fintech, Saas or CRM solutions.

Strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of private schools.

Ability to identify and convert early adopters and navigate the sales cycle in a new market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – Arabic fluency is a must.
