Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in Service Desk or Helpdesk Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools Experienced in Microsoft End User Products Good knowledge of networking Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Manage and resolve IT tickets in accordance with SLAs Assist with IT onboarding and setup for new employees Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams Maintain documentation for recurring issues and solutions Job Details
