Overview
To develop and implement sales plans for Fixed Sales, through leveraging upsell and cross-sell opportunities, directing partners" sales force, supporting the design of incentive schemes, managing partner relationships and acquiring new partners and critical accounts, to enhance the organization\'s competitive position, meeting sales targets, and therefore ensure increasing brand value in the Fixed services market.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve volume objectives for Fixed Sales, directing the partner sales force effectively.
- Support the design and delivery of commission and incentive schemes for the sales force and partners to meet sales KPIs.
- Manage and support partners in acquiring critical accounts, defining strategies for new acquisitions, and fostering strong partnerships.
- Guide partners and sales managers to ensure customers are well-informed about new products, services, and pricing.
- Enhance the organization\'s competitive position in the Fixed services marketplace, thereby increasing brand value.
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted tele sales campaigns to drive sales.
- Identify and recruit new partners to expand the sales network and broaden market reach.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any other similar streamUnderstanding of fixed line business in KSAManagement of external sales partnersAt least 7 years of industry-related experience, including 3 years in a managerial positionExperience managing sales targets of 500 - 700 million SAR and its relevant operational budgetSeniority level
