We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager – Sales Development to drive sales operations, developer relationships, and end-to-end customer solutions in the real estate domain. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory, combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business alignment.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
- Oversee project management efforts across the sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
- Develop sales strategies based on data analysis to increase revenue.
- Analyze sales team and developer data to share insights with stakeholders and identify areas for business improvement.
- Research and study competitors to provide insights for enhancing company structure and operations.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer experience strategies.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Experience
5–8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.Knowledge
Strong understanding of partner / channel sales models and client service dynamics.Skills
