Overview
The Private Client Manager at Tiffany & Co. MEA holds the critical position of the ultimate Brand Ambassador, embodying the Tiffany brand in every interaction. In this role, they will represent and uphold the Brand through their presence in the community, social media as well as all networking and Brand activation events. They are responsible for establishing and executing upon strategies for the acquisition, engagement, retention and growth of High Net Worth clients, in addition to having an opportunity and expectation of selling across all categories with a focus on High Jewelry. Responsibilities
Establish and execute strategies for the acquisition, engagement, retention and growth of High Net Worth clients. Sell across all categories with a focus on High Jewelry. Represent and reinforce the Tiffany brand at internal and external local and regional events as a Brand Ambassador. Identify and develop new high potential clients, facilitating tailored presentations and client consultations. Proactively and autonomously develop strategies to build sales through outreach to existing and new high potential clients. Capture and use client data to develop curated client experiences, build key relationships, and personalize client development opportunities. Collaborate with Zone and Global partners, including Client Relations, to strategize and deliver exciting experiences for Tiffany clients. Brand Leadership and Client Development
The PCM is a commercial leader with a global mindset, applying impeccable service and bespoke experiences. They represent and reinforce the Tiffany brand in KSA at internal and external local and regional events, building lasting relationships with the Brand\'s most influential clients and celebrating the Brand\'s history and provenance. They stay aware of trends across luxury retail and lifestyle to bolster the Brand\'s market posture and influence client purchases and public use of the Brand. Qualifications and Attributes
Extensive discretion and independent judgement in matters of importance; entrepreneurial spirit and strong professional judgment. Ability to build lasting relationships with influential clients and a deep awareness of luxury retail and lifestyle trends. Strategic thinker with proficiency in client development, data capture for curated experiences, and personalized client opportunities. Comfort representing the brand at high-profile events and across multiple channels (community presence, social media, networking, activations).
