Job Responsibilities
- Provide Commercial Refrigeration product sales and turnkey solutions to customers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and convert commercial refrigeration projects in Jeddah into orders and revenue, supporting from sales teams.
- Manage customer expectations, ensuring promptness, reliability, and kindness.
- Develop and expand the dealer network in Jeddah according to plan and KPIs.
- Promote Daikin CR products from AHT, Zanotti, and third-party equipment to meet sales targets.
- Act as the main contact point for all sales team members regarding refrigeration products in Jeddah.
- Convert leads into opportunities and manage order processing and delivery efficiently.
- Ensure timely CRM updates, participate in review meetings, and address challenges.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and profit margin targets for the Western Region.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, respond to queries, and prepare performance reports.
- Follow up on payments, manage open orders, and coordinate with operations to meet billing targets.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for payments.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration sales, with knowledge of the Jeddah market.Strong customer management, negotiation, and engineering cost estimation skills.Excellent networking, time management, and communication skills.Valid driving license.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Marketing.Skills
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).Strong analytical and leadership skills for meetings and negotiations.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with refrigeration manufacturers and contracting is advantageous.KPIs
