Overview

Senior Sales Engineer – Valves Division (KSA) Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Salary : SAR 17,000 – 20,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is a well-established trading firm founded in 2004 that serves the MEP and HVAC industries in the UAE, with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. They have recently launched operations in Saudi Arabia and are hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to lead and grow their presence in the Kingdom, focusing on the Valves Division.

The Role

Develop and execute sales strategies to build the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on valves for HVAC and plumbing.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and distributors.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives in the region.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the HVAC and MEP sectors.
Provide technical support, product presentations, and demonstrations to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and technical support) to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.

The Person

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in valves, pumps, or HVAC / MEP-related products in Saudi Arabia .

Strong network of contacts within the KSA MEP / HVAC industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and build a market presence from the ground up.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
