Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Tamheer Program)

• Recruitment Coordination : Support the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Job Posting & Sourcing : Assist with drafting and publishing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified talent for Niceone’s expanding teams.
• Candidate Screening : Perform initial review of candidate applications and resumes, helping to identify top talent in alignment with job requirements.
• Administrative Support : Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems, managing confidential records and ensuring accurate documentation of the hiring process.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment initiatives, interviews, and onboarding activities.
• Process Improvement : Contribute ideas for optimizing recruitment workflows and enhancing the overall candidate journey at Niceone.
• Tamheer Program Compliance : Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with the Tamheer Program guidelines and requirements.
• Employer Branding : Support efforts to spotlight Niceone’s values-driven work culture and attract diverse talent through social media and other channels.
