The Talent Acquisition Manager is a critical role within the Mirai team. Leading a team of Talent Partners, you will partner closely with the Studio and Department Leadership to build the recruiting strategy, apply best and innovative practices, and continuously iterate to greatness - enabling us to attract and hire the best talent from both the local and global markets as we expand our KSA presence.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and Manage Mirai’s recruitment function.
- Develop and operationalize an annual Talent Acquisition strategy to support the Studio’s business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and improve the Talent Acquisition processes and programs to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Provide stakeholders with proactive visibility into the TA process through reporting, insights, and regular communications.
- Take ownership of and be accountable for talent acquisition outcomes and results, continuously striving for improvement and success.
- Partner closely with department leaders to identify current and future talent gaps and develop talent acquisition strategies to address them.
- Lead and coach a team of talent acquisition professionals providing support, accountability, mentorship, and development opportunities to promote high performance and growth.
- Define and communicate clear performance goals and expectations for the team, aligned with the organization’s business objectives, mission, and values.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication, feedback, and recognition of achievements.
- Navigate and manage changes effectively, with a focus on maintaining team engagement, alignment, and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as IT and Facilities, to deliver an aligned and integrated candidate experience.
- Initiate and lead collaboration with external agencies, contractors, universities, and other sources of talent acquisition.
- Work in close partnership with Mirai leaders, building trust and respect through excellent stakeholder management.
- As a leader, actively demonstrate the Mirai tenet behaviors that are core to our studio culture.
Requirements
Strong English language – spoken and written. Arabic language a plus.Passion for games.Strong recruiting and team leadership experience in an in-house environment, preferably in the video games industry or other fast paced industry, such as tech or start-ups.Proven track record of translating business needs into successful local and international recruitment strategies.Experience building and leading high-performance teams.Experience managing diverse stakeholder interests while driving positive and impactful outcomes.Passion for process optimization and a focus on continuous improvement and iteration, including the use of AI and modern tools.A data driven approach to determine current staffing needs, produce forecasts, and optimize talent pipelines.Excellent attention to detail.Exceptional organizing and time-management skills.Ambitious, hardworking, and quick learner.
