Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Facilities Manager (Accommodation) who will be responsible for managing and standardizing staff accommodations across the assigned regions, ensuring a safe, organized, and high-quality living environment.
The role oversees Camp Bosses, develops housing policies and procedures, and acts as the link between employees, HR, and operations. The manager will conduct regular site visits, support employee well-being, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
This position requires frequent travel to company accommodations and strong experience in residential compounds or hospitality. The role is based in Riyadh or AlUla, with quarterly regional visits.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all company staff accommodations and ensure unified standards.
- Develop policies, procedures, and housing guidelines for room setup, hygiene, safety, and operations.
- Supervise Camp Bosses and participate in evaluating or selecting them.
- Act as the main link between employees, HR, and operations for accommodation matters.
- Conduct site visits across regions and report findings to management.
- Address employee concerns and ensure well-being and engagement within the accommodation.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance issues are closed within SLA.
- Maintain an updated accommodation tracker, inventory, and asset records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support recreational and community engagement programs for residents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business, or related field.Facilities Management or Health & Safety–related certification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, IFMA) is preferred.7–10 years’ experience in accommodation, residential compounds, housing, or facilities operations.Preferred experience in hospitality or staff living facilitiesStrong knowledge of housing standards, hygiene, and employee well-beingAbility to manage Camp Bosses and on-site teamsArabic speaker.Willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom.
