Facilities Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of our companys facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that building systems and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility-related projects and maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support office space planning, renovations, and relocations.
• Monitor facility budgets and control costs related to maintenance and improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and systems to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repair work.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or requests.
