About the Role :

To ensure that all personnel staffing is carried out within the Manufacturing Division to meet in accordance with group's Personnel policies, procedures and with the relevant local regulations by providing all personnel and administrative support.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognize university.
• 5 years with the similar capacity,carrying out all personnel departmental activities in a large-scale organization.
• Implementation of personnel policies Ensure that Managers are fully aware of Company Policies and procedures, labor Laws of KSA & seriousness of breaches of policies and employee grievances to have effective implementation of HR principles.
• Ensure timely payment to all staff by providing necessary documents to payroll on time to process payment timely / accurately.
• Ensure that all employees are holding valid contracts at all the times by all CRR are cleared from Department Heads timely / accurately and employees sign their contracts before its expiry.
• Keep an updated record of employees' vacation schedules by making the Holiday plan Schedule available within all departments.
• Must have good management skills.
