Job Title : ERP Sales Director
Location : Riyadh
Language : Arabic - Mandatory
Experience : 8 – 12 yrs
Base pay range : $60,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr
Role Summary : This role will focus on growing sales opportunities in the respective region for ERP solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work under dynamic conditions and can foster relationships with a diverse customer group.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual ERP product sales targets by collaborating with partners.
- Build business plans for new business jointly with partners.
- Demonstrate market knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and manage sales cycles from lead to closure.
- Build and maintain sales pipeline in CRM; forecasting accuracy is key.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to partners.
- Recruit and onboard new partners; work with existing Channel & Resell partners in UAE to grow indirect business.
- Build and develop market plans for new business development.
- Lead generation and direct outreach to customers for business development.
- Set up meetings and present to CXOs.
- Qualify sales opportunities to ensure optimal use of pre-sales and consulting resources; demonstrate leadership throughout the cycle.
- Work with marketing and local lead generation agencies to develop lead generation campaigns and target marketing to specific verticals.
- Evaluate partner pipeline authenticity; leverage network and knowledge of the local market.
- Maintain healthy, professional relationships with existing partners; explore co-sell opportunities in ERP with partners' industries and new sectors needing core ERP modules.
- Drive partner enablement and ensure partner employees have access to LMS; coordinate with Partner Success Managers based in India and promote partner participation on LinkedIn.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP Software / Solution Sales, including regional experience.Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person, and capability to manage professional sales presentations including ERP product positioning.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in the regional language and English.Exposure to key industry verticals, especially Manufacturing & Distribution.Consultative sales approach.Good presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.Self-driven and motivated.Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% of the time.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and work with a team.Job details
