Overview
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the IT solutions and IT services industry and will operate as an individual contributor within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of IT solutions and services, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to market expansion.
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Develop and execute effective individual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO‑centric industries and related solutions.
- Effectively translate technical solutions into business value propositions for clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exhibit a self‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling IT solutions and services.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Seniority level
