Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the IT solutions and IT services industry and will operate as an individual contributor within the organization. Responsibilities
Drive sales of IT solutions and services, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to market expansion. Build and manage a personal sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing deals. Develop and execute effective individual sales plans aligned with company objectives. Demonstrate deep understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO‑centric industries and related solutions. Effectively translate technical solutions into business value propositions for clients. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Exhibit a self‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling IT solutions and services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Seniority level
