Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of B2C sales experience (preferably lighting, electrical, or construction sectors). Strong team leadership, communication, and follow-up skills. Proficient in CRM. Excellent market analysis and competitor research ability. Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred. Proven ability to resolve customer concerns effectively and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent coordination skills with internal departments to ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions. Vald Driving License.
Job Description :
- Supervise, support, and follow up with the regional sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics, Finance) for seamless operations.
- Conduct competitor market research and pricing analysis to inform sales strategy.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Generate reports and forecasts for leadership on sales performance and opportunities.
