The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving the overall growth strategy of our services in the competitive IT landscape. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities in existing and potentially underserved markets.

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and plans to achieve company revenue objectives.

Engage with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers to present our value proposition and secure engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners through networking and strategic outreach.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to meet clients' needs.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development initiatives with broader company objectives.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities for growth.

Keep accurate records of all business development activity in our CRM system and report on progress against targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT solutions, systems integration, and managed services.

Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.

Experience working in the IT sector and related industries.
