Our client, a food manufacturing company, is are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive growth through their distributor network across KSA.
This is a senior, commercially focused role responsible for delivering market share, revenue and visibility targets in Modern Trade, key retail and e-commerce channels. The role is highly strategic with full ownership of joint business plans, forecasting, commercial negotiations and execution excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full distributor relationship across KSA including annual joint business planning, pricing, forecasting and monthly performance reviews.
- Build and execute channel and customer development plans to deliver profitable growth, visibility and brand excellence at point of sale.
- Coach and guide the distributor sales and merchandising teams on execution standards, activation plans and performance KPIs.
- Own the commercial monthly demand forecast for KSA ensuring accuracy of forecast vs actuals, stock planning and avoidance of OOS or excess inventory.
- Analyse market performance, competitor activity and sell out data to identify opportunities for faster growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions and trade spend to maximise ROI and drive category growth.
- Ensure perfect basics in store including visibility, availability and activation across Modern Trade.
- Partner with internal cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure successful launches, on shelf availability and alignment on commercial targets.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in FMCG with proven success managing distributors in KSA.Arabic fluency is mandatory; English fluent.Demonstrated experience in joint business planning with top retailers and distributors.Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.Experience leading and coaching distributor teams to deliver flawless execution in store.Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with high accountability.Thank you for your application.
