Sales Manager

to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategies to acquire and expand customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. As a key leader in the commercial team, you will build a scalable, efficient, and high-performing sales function that strengthens Lucidya’s market presence and long-term growth. What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. Define and execute sales strategies, account plans, and market expansion initiatives aligned with Lucidya’s growth objectives. Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to deal negotiation and closure. Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and team productivity through HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and actionable reporting. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market efforts, drive customer engagement, and maximize opportunities. Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the team. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship to strengthen team members’ consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, implementing strategies to accelerate growth. Represent the Sales function in cross-functional leadership meetings, contributing to overall business strategy and revenue forecasting.
