Job Title : Sales Business Development Executive
As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our business department. You will be responsible for both managing existing client accounts and generating new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, and effectively promoting our digital products / services. Additionally, you will attend networking events to stay informed about industry trends and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for establishing and growing the business department.
- Manage existing client accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and generate new business.
- Collaborate with the Bid Team to understand customer needs and develop tailored offers.
- Engage with decision-makers to promote our digital products / services.
- Attend networking events to stay informed about industry trends and digital innovations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.2-4 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, or business management.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Eager to learn, results-driven, and adaptable to different situations.Fluency in English is mandatory.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Seniority level
