Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting Talentera's Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across several key areas, including, but not limited to, the following :
Responsibilities
Sales and Prospecting Support
Assisting the Sales team in reaching prospects and generating qualified meetings, particularly with senior decision-makers.
Conducting outreach activities including calls, emails, and follow-ups to open new sales opportunities.
Collection and Payment Follow-Ups
Supporting the Finance and Sales teams in following up with clients for money collection and ensuring timely payments.
Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and escalating unresolved cases when required.
Business Development Assistance
Contributing to opening new doors and opportunities for the company.
Supporting early-stage prospect communications and nurturing leads.
Marketing and Events Support
Assisting the Marketing team by attending events, contacting prospects, and helping generate new leads.
Government Processes and Approvals
Handling government paperwork and processes required for business operations.
Following up on approvals and ensuring compliance with official requirements.
Qualifications / Skills
Proficiency in conducting outreach activities such as calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers.
Ability to support Finance and Sales teams in collecting payments, maintaining records, and resolving payment issues promptly.
Capability to contribute to opening new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and expanding market reach.
Experience in assisting the Marketing team by attending events, contacting prospects, and aiding in lead generation efforts.
