Project Engineer Specialist

The Project Engineer Specialist will be responsible for managing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of various projects related to the construction, renovation, and operation of warehouses and car quick service centers, as well as any related projects in the company. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes, local regulations, and standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all legal and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the planned scope, schedule, and budget.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the design and construction phases.
• Perform site visits to evaluate project progress and ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.
