Project Engineer (Mechanical Construction)

  • Lead and manage the engineering and construction teams for mechanical, civil / structural, or piping projects, ensuring all activities align with Saudi Aramco’s standards.
  • Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during project execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and proposals, ensuring adherence to Saudi Aramco requirements.
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to construction or engineering during the project lifecycle.
  • Report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation and records are maintained in accordance with company policies and standards.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

  • Candidates must be willing to work in Saudi Arabia and are expected to work on-site throughout the duration of the project.

    Minimum Required Number of Vacancies :

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience :

  • Qualification : Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Piping Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 10+ years of experience in engineering and project management, specifically in the construction industry.
  • Experience with Saudi Aramco Projects : Must have prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards : In-depth understanding of Saudi Aramco engineering, construction, and safety standards is required.
  • Certification : PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
