We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and administer assigned company projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, using management tools to track progress
- Monitor project critical paths and drive mitigation strategies for delays
- Ensure sufficient and suitable resources are allocated to meet project demands
- Implement and maintain quality control aligned with ISO standards and company policies
- Enforce HSE policies and ensure safety compliance on all project activities
- Manage change processes strictly to avoid project deviations
- Review and approve project deliverables in line with timelines
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff
- Maintain daily communication with clients to interpret requirements and provide project updates
- Support field activities, establish quality control methods, and review compliance with codes and regulations
- Gather and analyze project performance metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringor a related field
Experience : +10 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer
Languages : Professional in English
