Job Summary
Timely delivery of Parts at the site.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for arranging time to time delivery as per agreed schedule. Work with front parts counter team to release the orders according to the customer schedule. Should possess thorough knowledge on AS400 system. Enroll in picking up the parts from warehouse as per the site delivery customer pick list.
- Submitting the pick list to the invoice clerk for invoicing. Recheck the parts as per the invoices.
- Responsible for packing the parts before hand over to the driver for delivery. Handover the parts and invoices to the appropriate driver. Reporting any discrepancy to the supervisor. Work with Pricing Clerk for any accurate invoices. Receive sign invoice copy from the delivery driver and submit to the F.A
- Reconcile the account for part delivery. Update the delivery schedule report and submit to the Supervisor and POM.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications : Technical Diploma or High School.Knowledge :Technical Skills : track parts availability, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.Language Skills : Arabic is desirable,English is essentialExperience : Minimum of 1 to 3years in Parts handlingKey Interactions
