IT hardware

such as : Zebra thermal printers Thin clients, handheld terminals Scanners and desktop systems (Windows / Mac / Linux) Address

support tickets and on-site service requests Train new team members in IT tools and systems Monitor and respond to IT incidents across

multiple buildings Stand or walk during 10–12 hour shifts and move equipment weighing up to

49 lbs (22 kg) Travel locally or regionally to resolve technical issues at other Amazon sites Basic Qualifications

1+ year

of experience in a corporate environment supporting : Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems Experience in troubleshooting

complex, interdependent IT systems Hands-on familiarity with : Zebra thermal printers PCs, scanners, handheld terminals Thin clients Preferred Qualifications

Industry certifications such as : CompTIA A+ / Network+ AWS certifications Microsoft hardware installation / repair Strong track record in

customer-facing IT support roles Experience in

warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center IT environments
