Key Responsibilities

Design and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives Lead and inspire a motivated sales team by providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations Establish and cultivate robust relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to drive business growth Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and strengthen our competitive positioning Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accountability and adapt strategies as needed Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to elevate performance and expertise

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, particularly within the SAP or tech industry Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving growth Proficient in team leadership and employee development with a focus on motivation and results Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM software, and market dynamics Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to enhance sales performance Self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
