About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer – Exploration Drilling Tools to join our MAS Division. This role will directly support the RDT Product Manager , focusing on Fordia–Epiroc exploration consumables. The ideal candidate will grow our market presence in mineral exploration by offering innovative core drilling solutions, building lasting customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
This position requires frequent field travel — up to 50–60% of the time and site visits to customer drilling projects, including remote exploration areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in mineral exploration and drilling tools (Fordia–Epiroc exploitation tools).
- Provide technical advice and support on rods, bits, casing, core barrels, and related consumables.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve / exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular client visits, including site visits to remote exploration areas, and perform market analysis to identify opportunities and track competitors.
- Maintain accurate records and reports through CRM systems.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or related technical field.Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in drilling or mining.Direct experience with exploration and drilling consumables is strongly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Valid driving license.Competitive salary + attractive commission plan (based on sales and collections).Career growth opportunities in a dynamic and expanding division.Supportive work environment.Seniority level
