Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service

Take initiative to add a personalized experience

Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Qualifications Service focused personality is essential.

Designed for candidates with little to no prior work experience, including recent graduates and individuals with up to 6 months of relevant experience.

Proficiency in basic English is required.

Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A collaborative team player, willing to contribute and proactively support colleagues.

Flexibility to work varied shifts based on departmental needs.

Ability to remain attentive to guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times.
