Luxury Sales Associate - Saudi Nationals ONLY

Job descriptionConduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Identify key market segments, potential partners, and sales channels. Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for the new country. Identify and engage with potential clients via cold calls, networking, events, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Build strong relationships with local influencers, business partners, and potential clients. Promote brand awareness in the local market. Identify and onboard local distributors, agents, or resellers (if applicable). Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with strategic partners. Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and ensure repeat business. Gather client feedback and communicate market insights to headquarters. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM. Report regularly to headquarters on progress, market updates, and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts. At least 5 year of experience in luxury retail sales is a MUST Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal Professional personal appearance Attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multi-task Pro-active service delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach Able to join immediately
